Our Founding Team.
The Talent Community was started by four friends who wanted to create a more inclusive environment in the talent industry. We were fed up with the exclusion that many Talent Professionals were facing, and so we wanted to make sure that everyone had a fair chance to get their foot in the door and thrive.

Our mission has always been about creating the best environments for Talent Creatives to thrive. We wanted to create a space that pays homage to our industry and build the future of talent acquisition professionals.
A core pillar of our community is “Safe Space” to discuss common challenges without feeling judged. The growth of the community in such a short space shows the desire for something like this to exist.
